Lisa Flowers was 23 years old when she went missing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and her whereabouts are still unknown more than three decades later.
There are a few details available in her case, but what has been reported is that Flowers was last seen on Aug. 15, 1991.
She was allegedly wearing a white shirt with black jeans and a pair of black shoes at the time.
Flowers was reported missing when she failed to return to her home after her shift ended, according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
She is described as a Black or African American female with dark-colored hair and brown eyes.
When Flowers went missing, she reportedly weighed 120 pounds and was five-foot-six inches tall.
Flowers also had her ears pierced.
If she were found, Flowers would be in her 50s.
